Usage and features of rotating drum granulator:
The inner of rotating drum granulator shall be entered the steam, gas, ammonia nitrogen and phosphate solution, or phosphorus ammonia liquid, to finish the fertilizer granulation process, or supply moisture during the cold fertilizer granulation. The material that need granulated will be rotaated in the body of cylinder, and finish the process of being ball under some conditions of humidity and temperature.
Characteristics of rotating drum granulator:
1. The rate o fbeing ball is about 70%, back partical size is small, and can be made granules again.
2. Heating through steam. Improving the moisture and tempreture of material to make it dry.
3. Using rubber lining, the raw material is not easy to stick and can keep warm.
4. Large output, low power consumption, low maintenance cost.
